It's more than just a transformation to me. It's understanding yourself more, finally breaking barriers and realising you are capable of more.

Not a lock-in. It's the time it takes to build the setup, collect check-in data, make adjustments and see real change. A few random weeks isn't enough to move anything.

Your plan will be in the app. But every online coach offers that, an app or the use of sheets. Below is what makes this different.
Your schedule, equipment, experience and goal, not a random template someone else is also running. Waste of time giving you a training plan that requires you to train 5 days if you don't have the ability to do that.
Clear targets with real options: a meal plan, macros, or a hybrid mix of the two, whatever suits you best which I find out through the application form to decide what route is best for you
Progress, adherence, Photos and issues reviewed properly each week, so problems get spotted early instead of dragging on.
For questions and fixing issues during the week, not waiting until check-in to realise something's gone wrong.
Where it's needed, so you're not guessing whether your form is the issue. Form, training intensity. It all matters and form videos will get reviewed for each client whenever they send videos across.
Work, illness, travel, stress, the plan bends. You don't restart every Monday. I understand perfect doesn't exist and for success working with me you don't need to be perfect you just need to be willing to work.
Fundamentally people fail cause they don't know what to expect. It's week to week changes with most coaches but with me the priority is giving you a clear runway and understanding of what to expect not just over the next 12 weeks but beyond that for long term progress.
No one gets treated the same. It's based on you, your goal and my experience knowing what it takes to get you the outcome you want.
Once you've watched the video & picked how you want to pay, this is the simple order of what happens next.

Complete onboarding + download the 1Fit training app. Fill out the application form so I know how to build your plan. An invite is sent to your email.
Upload your starting photos to the 1Fit gallery.
I build your plan around everything you sent through which will take me up to 48 hours to get everything complete.
You get an onboarding video to discuss your starting point & why we are doing what we are doing
You execute, check in weekly, and message me when something needs fixing during the week.
If stopping at the 12 week point or beyond please give me at least 14 days prior to any future payments to allow me to cancel future payments.
If you do receive everything and this isn't what you were expecting please message me and let me know. We can first have a discussion about what needs to change or if you decide this maybe won't work for you I will refund you minus a setup fee of £50 (this is included in both payment options) as I do put a lot of time and effort into plans along with the onboarding video.
